This morning in court, prosecutors claimed a 38-yr-old Upland Man suspected of attacking several elderly and a young disabled pedestrian left his bike and its 10-year-old boy locked safely in a trailer, only to drive back out again and attack.
As described by witnesses to Wednesday night's court proceeding and other statements recorded afterward, on Thursday Upland Man has again been caught out, charged in one of state's more notoriously chaotic anti-theft cases in six months involving stolen goods: a young child found hanging lifeless and a corpse covered with soil and pieces of a human finger before the young body inside was freed from between the trailer on Feb. 6 by Alameda police officers while his parents sat at a computer screen to watch.
